Children's Division

Creative Dance 1:

Thursday 2:00-2:45pm $50

Creative Dance students begin to explore structured movement and musical rhythm. The primary focus is on coordination, body awareness and creativity. Creative Dance 1 is for beginning students age 3 and older. Begins June 26.

Creative Dance 2:

Thursday 1:00-1:45pm $50

Creative Dance2 students continue work from Creative Dance 1. Creative Dance 2 students must be 4 years of age or older or have completed Creative Dance 1. Begins June 26.

Creative Dance 2:

Thursday 2:45-3:30pm $50

Creative Dance2 students continue work from Creative Dance 1. Creative Dance 2 students must be 4 years of age or older or have completed Creative Dance 1. Begins June 26.

Pre-Ballet:

Wednesday 1:00-1:45pm $50

Pre-Ballet begins to explore the elementary ballet exercises. Students must be age 5 or older or have completed Creative Dance 2. Begins June 25.

Pre-Ballet:

Training Division

Elemenary Ballet:

Tuesday 2:00-3:00pm $58

For students age 7 and older with little classical training or who have completed Pre-Ballet. Begins June 24.

Intermediate Ballet:

Tuesday 3:00-4:30pm $66

For students with classical ballet experience who have reached an intermediate level of training. Begins June 24.

Elementary Modern:

Monday 2:00-3:00pm $58

For students age 9 and older with little or no modern training. Begins June 23.

Intermediate Modern:

Monday 3:00-4:30pm $66

For students with modern experience who have reached an intermediate level of training. Begins June 23.

 

Open Division

Children's Dance Sampler:

Wednesday 3:00-4:30pm $66

For students age 6-8 years old. The Sampler is 30 minutes each of Ballet, Jazz, and Tap. Begins June 25.

Elementary Tap:

Thursday 3:45-4:45pm $58

For students with little or no Tap experience. Begins June 26.

Intermediate Tap:

Thursday 4:45-5:45pm $58

For students with a moderate amount of Tap experience. Begins June 26.

Adult Tap:

Thursday 5:45-6:45pm $58

For adult students with little or no Tap experience. Begins June 26.

 

Summer Intensives

Intermediate Intensive     July 7 - 25, 2008      $300

A 3-week intensive program for intermediate level students having completed a year in Tech 3 and above at Ballet Pensacola. Non-Ballet students must take a placement class for admission to the Summer Intensive. Classes will include Ballet and other dance disciplines. The daily schedule will run from 9:00 am – 2:00pm. An in-studio presentation will be offered on the last day of the program.

Advanced Intensive     July 7 - 25, 2008      $500

A 3-week intensive program for advanced level students having completed a year in Tech 5 and above at Ballet Pensacola. Non-Ballet students must take a placement class for admission to the Summer Intensive. Classes will include Ballet and other dance disciplines. The daily schedule will run from 9:00 am – 4:45pm. An in-studio presentation will be offered on the last day of the program.

 

Registration and Payment

Classes start June 23, 2008 and finish July 25, 2008. Please refer to each class for specific start day. Each class will meet for 5 weeks (excluding Summer Intensives).  All tuition is due before starting classes and is non-refundable. Alternatives to full 5-week registration are:

Single Class - $15 / 5 Class Card - $60 / 10 Class Card - $120
